All required South Dakota fishing and hunting licenses, as well as event entry fees, are fully provided and covered for all participants. Coordinates or transportation details for specific boat launch locations and fields will be finalized and distributed during Monday night's rules meeting.
Monday, June 8th
5:00 PM
Check in to High Point Hunting Lodge.
*Please call ahead if you require or wish to request an early check-in.
7:00 PM
Rules Meeting & Meet-and-Greet
Official welcome, brief overview of safety rules, and the announcement of team/boat pairings.
7:30 PM
Welcome Dinner
Served at the lodge dining hall.
Post-Dinner
Relax, connect with fellow participants, and prepare for tournament day.
Tuesday, June 9th
7:00 AM
Breakfast — Served at the lodge.
7:45 AM
Bus Departs — Meet outside the main lodge entry for transport to the water.
9:00 AM
Boat Launch & Take-Off — Official start of the tournament.
12:00 AM
Lunch Break — Midday break taken out on the water (as needed per boat).
2:00 PM
Lines Out — Fishing concludes. Boats head back to the launch area for loading.
4:00 PM
Official Weigh-Ins — Held back at High Point Hunting Lodge.
5:30 PM
Evening Fish Fry — Dinner and celebration with the day's fresh catch.
6:30 PM
Awards Ceremony — Recognition of top teams and tournament highlights.
Wednesday, June 10th
8:30 AM
Breakfast — Morning breakfast served at the lodge.
9:00 AM
Depart for Field Activities
Head out for the Steel Shoot and Prairie Dog Hunt.
*A packed lunch will be provided to all participants to take into the field.
5:00 PM
Final Checkout — Event concludes. Check out and departure from High Point Hunting Lodge.
